Cerulean View Residence (CVR, located in Haa Dhaal, Hanimaadhoo, Maldives) is a beachside house providing holiday home for individuals, groups and families looking for a unique destination for nature lovers. The house is in the north west side of the island, about 1.5 km away from the airport and less than 100 meters from the beach. CVR will position itself as a boutique guesthouse, with a gorgeous facility and attention to personalized service.

Hanimaadhoo is amongst a group of 16 inhabited islands in Haa Dhaal Atoll, Maldives. The island is 2530 meters long and 900 meters at its widest point, and the site of Hanimaadhoo International Airport. The island has a registered population of about 2000 inhabitants. Hanimaadhoo has got one of the world’s most scenic long beach, large & shallow turquoise lagoon stretching up to several kilometers.

The main house consists of more than 6133 Sqft of built-up area in two floors, and beautifully landscaped 1195 Sqft of open area. Set in a garden of coconut trees, the indigenous architectural style house echo the relaxing lifestyle of the island and draw on meticulous design elements to create the feeling of a delightful private vacation home by the beachfront. The floor plans are also designed to provide a sense of privacy and independence for residents, with a gorgeous open layout inside and plenty of integrated outdoor living areas.

Built-up area in the ground floor features the Main Lounge (1272 Sqft), three standard rooms with en suite baths (264 Sqft), and a home/office nook. A staircase leads from the ground floor lounge to the second level featuring a Café /Lounge (430 Sqft) & Kitchen/Pantry (600 Sqft) and 4 guest bedrooms with en suite baths and private balconies (300 square feet).

At CVR we have two main categories of rooms. 3 Standard Rooms with en suite baths and 4 Deluxe Beach View Rooms with en suite baths and private balconies. Every bedroom in the house is carefully designed with contemporary design aspects and safety features, with maximum comfort, to provide a unique alternative to a hotel.

Safety of our guests is our highest priority at all times. CVR is designed provide safety for residents, with a open layout inside and plenty of outdoor living areas. The house is fitted with all necessary emergency facilities. First aide equipment, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, emergency exits, smoke detectors, no smoking signs and fire blankets are fitted in various designated locations of the house. We are unable to allow pets in the house, as we do not have the facilities required to take care of pets

Operating a guesthouse successfully requires a small, dedicated, experienced and an efficient management team. In considering the importance of these, the management team is led by the Owner, and consists of a resident staff at CVR and a non-resident team providing support at the Airport and from Male’. The house currently has 5 permanent staff members – Caretaker, Chef, Finance & Property Manager, Guest Relations Assistant, Room Attendant and Waiter. To ensure maximum satisfaction of a perfect holiday to our guests, our goal is to maintain quality, standard & consistency of our services.

This is a Maldives experience, well away from the resort culture, but still with luxury rooms with four-poster beds and gorgeous bathrooms and many other facilities to rival many large hotels.
